1. Seller and store

333MYLES is a brand used by artist Myles Barksdale. It is not intended by this page to represent a separate registered legal entity. For questions about an order or these terms, contact Contact page.

2. Artwork, product details, and pricing

Artwork images are provided to help you understand each piece. Colors and appearance may vary between screens and the physical print. Product descriptions, size, materials, and other details are shown on the applicable product page.

Fine-art prints are currently offered in one standard size of 12 × 16 inches for $60 each, unless the product page states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges will be shown during checkout before you complete the order. Prices and product availability may change prospectively.

3. Orders and payment

Print orders are submitted through the linked online store. An order is subject to acceptance and payment authorization. The store or payment processor handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Please review your shipping details and order information carefully before submitting payment.

4. Production and shipping estimates

Prints are made to order. Production is estimated at approximately 3–4 days before shipment. After dispatch, transit is estimated at approximately 5 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; actual timing can vary because of carrier operations, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside the seller’s control.

Shipping charges and available destinations are presented during checkout. Once an order has shipped, carrier tracking may be provided when available.

5. Returns and buyer’s-remorse requests

If you change your mind about a print, you may request a buyer’s-remorse refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing Contact page with your order number. If approved under this policy, the refund will be 50% of the total amount paid for the order. A return of the print will not automatically be required for this discretionary refund; instructions will be provided when the request is reviewed.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable law. Where the law requires a full refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, those legal rights take precedence over this discretionary policy.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect prints

If a print arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact Contact page and include your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a brief description. Please keep the item and packaging until you receive instructions. After reviewing the information, if the issue is confirmed, 333MYLES will arrange a replacement reprint at no additional cost. This process does not limit any remedies required by applicable law.

7. Original paintings

Original paintings shown in the gallery are offered for inquiry about availability. An inquiry is not a purchase or a binding offer to sell. Price, payment, delivery, and any other sale terms for an original painting must be confirmed separately in writing before a transaction is completed.

8. Intellectual property

The artwork, images, and site content are owned by or used with permission from the applicable rights holder and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a print or original artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the artwork. Any separate rights must be granted in writing by the rights holder.

9. Third-party services

The online store, payment processing, print production, shipping, and website infrastructure may be provided by third parties, including Squarespace, its payment providers, and FinerWorks. Their terms may also apply to the parts of a transaction they provide. 333MYLES is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of unrelated third-party websites, subject to any responsibility imposed by applicable law.

10. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order is the version intended to apply to that order, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
